(W)hole Life Coaching Program

 

The (W)hole Life Coaching program will teach the skills of applying The (W)hole Point Wisdom WAY to and within the eight arenas of an individual (W)hole Life:  Mind, Body, Spirit, Work, Play, Environment, Relationship, Self.  The program will take the WLC apprentice beyond the confines of the advanced Intentional Spiraling skills of the Radiance Master Healther into the art of relational transformative presence.  The WLC program is intended to teach, empower, and enable the apprentice to remain present in the moment for extended periods of time for the purpose of facilitating another individual’s own awakening.

 

During the year, each WLC apprentice will be asked to work with two people of their own selection on an on-going basis.  (These two people will be folks outside of the WPI programs.)  Between the monthly live training sessions, the WLC apprentice will be expected to practice applying the skills and strategies taught in each WLC “exploration session” to their two people.

 

The program will be founded upon the 3 archetypal elements:  Structure, Fluidity, and Witness.

 

· Structure Facet: This aspect will include but not be limited to the exploration of the more subtle elements of the Wisdom WAY map, method, and means for Intentional Spiraling.  The intention is to ripen the WLC apprentice’s capacity to “see through to the core” of any (w)hole presented.  Additionally, this element of the WLC program will include the development of the “container” for (W)hole Life Coaching sessions.  PAIRing skills, Wisdom Relationship  Dialogue skills, Attending/Listening/Body Presence skills, etc., will be explored and practiced. 

 

· Fluidity Facet: This element will be explored experientially with the intent to develop within the WLC apprentice the capacity to “flow with” rather than “impose upon” another individual.  This facet of the WLC program requires a depth of self-love and nakedness which permits the WLC apprentice to stand aside to make full room for another, while being fully present to that other person simultaneously.

 

· Witness Facet: This is the transformational element that allows for (W)hole Life Coaching’s uniqueness.  Insuring that there is the triad of alchemical transformation present during the WLC “chat” is an art that is only learned by “feel” and “ripening awareness.”  This will be offered in the form of invitations to reveal ones self and be revealed within the triad patterns during the live WLC group meetings.  Using a variation of the Wisdom Relationship Dialogue and Stem Sentence invitational encounters in addition to many other tools, the WLC apprentice will be given every opportunity to develop this element.

 

The WLC apprentice will explore an experiential approach to meeting with other individuals using The (W)hole Point Wisdom WAY map, combining it with a study of the psychological and spiritual elements underlying the longer term relationship skills necessary for remaining aligned in the intimacy which occurs between two people.  This will be done by first applying these models to their own lives through the lenses of the eight variables of a (W)hole Life.

 

The instruction style of the WLC program will be a combination of instruction, dialogue, and experiences.  This is a very advanced program offered only to those who are ready to dive deeply into themselves and their (W)hole Lives.  

 

Materials to be used:

 

The primary “text” for the WCL apprenticeship will be the WPW manuals (Levels 1-4) and all associated notes made by the WLC apprentice during their WS trainings AND the book, Wake up to your (W)hole Life by Alaya Chadwick. 

 

Upon completion of the WLC program:

 

Graduates of the (W)hole Life Coaching™ program will be able to advertise themselves as having completed the WLC program offered by The (W)hole Point Institute, LLC, and that they have been trained to use the Wisdom WAY approach as it is applied to the eight facets of a (W)hole Life for the benefit of the “coaching client.”  This is NOT psychotherapy, for it is not based in diagnosis, nor will it be a billable service for insurance companies.  This approach is considered an alternative approach to “Living Support.”  Each graduate of the WLC program operates as an independent practitioner and is neither employed nor supervised by The (W)hole Point Institute.

WLC Program Details:

 

Min. & Max. number of enrollees for the WLC program:

 

· Minimum number 6

· Maximum number 10

 

Pre-requisites: 

 

· Completion of the Radiance Master Healer requirements and permission of the instructor, Alaya.  (If you have not yet completed your requirements, contact Alaya for more information.)

 

· Attendance at the Myers-Briggs Typology workshop.   (Cost for this is not included in the WLC tuition).

 

Details of WLC experience include:

 

· 45 direct instruction hours with Alaya

· Home Play experiences assigned between WLC group meetings

· Individual consults with Alaya pre-graduation regarding their WLC people.

· Option:  WLC apprentices may request separate “chats” with Alaya for additional cost

 

Tuition: The tuition is to be paid in full or quarterly. WPI now accepts credit card payments to allow the WLC apprentice payment flexibility.
